Tucked into a hilly area of Makawanpur, in central Nepal lies a small village, which is home to one dedicated young pastor called Aron.

Aron has chosen to spend his life serving and teaching his congregation, but they were missing one important thing, a church building. As pastors often live inside their churches, this also meant that Aaron didn't have a home, so instead he lived in a chicken coop. This was starting to affect his health, and it was really a difficult way for him to live.

His situation broke our hearts, and was one of the motivating factors behind building the church in Makawanpur.

With it's solid frame and concrete block base, this building boasts a large hall, as well as a separate kitchen, living space, and 2 outdoor toilets.

Now Aron has a safe and enjoyable place to live, and his church is recognised within the community, and they have a beautiful place to worship.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to this project. You have impacted Aron and his church family in an important and positive way!
